Sinceramente i primi è meglio dimenticarli!!

Hey, how sweetly you feel today? We asked some questions to the blogger Sara, who always gives us interesting ideas that mix the world food to fashion.

Miss Coco' Cupcake: your name combines fashion and pastry: how and where they were born these two passions?
The passion for fashion comes from the studies I've done, I majored in Public Relations and Advertising at IULM and I since before graduation I have worked for fashion press offices. Concerne the pastry i'm in to it since I was little, my mom is a great cook, but i was in the kitchen with her only when she cooked sweet! This passion was realized when, about 4 years ago, for my birthday I wanted to organize personally the sweet boufet and wanting to do something "different" from the usual cake, I ventured into cupcakes, decorated cookies and macarons. It 'was a success and from there I opened a world!

How you can express the love for fashion in the small space of the cupcake?
I think it's all a matter of taste and to transmit in a mini tart who you are. From my name you can perceive that I love Gabrielle Coco Chanel, then its being essential and elegant; when i garnish a cupcake i prefer not to cover it with a lot of decorations, but small steps that can make it easier on the eyes and the palate!

Your favorite ingredient for your favorite cupcake.
Strawberries! I love them and the combination with the custard is one thing that really makes me mad .. obviously almost at the same level there is chocolate, excellent remedy for anything!

The first cupcake is never forgotten ... What was yours?
Honestly, the first is better to forget! Only with time I could find the right recipe to raise them the way I like it. The first were either deflated or "volcano" ... in short, a disaster! However, my first cupcake was vanilla, a classic to begin.

DDmag if it were a cupcake, what would it be?
Apple and cinnamon! Because apple has a sweet taste and always reflects the beauty, and cinnamon for a distinctly spicy!
